Now Talk in Different Languages with Google Assistant’s Interpreter Mode

It works with 44 languages. It can help you saying commands like “Hey Google, help me speak Chinese/German/French/Italian” or “Hey Google, be my Spanish translator.” Your phone will activate Google Translate and start listening to your conversation. The feature is baked into Assistant, there is no need to have Translate or another app installed on your phone. Assistant will offer suggested responses by Smart Replies, in order to make the conversation faster and smooth. The company said: You’ll then see and hear the translated conversation on your phone. After each translation, the Assistant may present Smart Replies, giving you suggestions that let you quickly respond without speaking—which can make your conversations faster and even more seamless. Interpreter mode is currently available in Arabic, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino (Tagalog), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. This is such an amazing feature introduced by Google. Personally, I think that this feature will facilitate us if we do travelling to different regions of the World. As we will not face any difficulty to convey our message to different people speaking different languages while travelling.
